WHO WE ARE - 1 Pyramid at a Time (“1PAAT”), established in 2023, is a fiscally sponsored organization of Center for Community Stewardship, Inc. in Madison, Wisconsin.

WHAT WE DO - Youth contribute great things in spaces with peers and leaders who know and care about them. 1PAAT offers non-traditional Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts/Agriculture and Math (STEAM) experiences to instill messages of opportunity and hope and to disrupt the effects of societal traumas. 1PAAT has provided unique experiences to more than 200 Madison youth thanks to partnerships with James C. Wright Middle School, Woodland Montessori School, BadgerLand Girl Scouts, UW Health, City of Madison, Aldo Leopold Elementary School, Park Village Apartments, Madison Reading Project, UW College of Engineering, Higher Dimensions Youth Basketball, and the UW Science Alliance.

WHY YOUR SUPPORT IS NEEDED – To reach more kids and their adults, 1PAAT set up 3 youth-themed Little Libraries on the Park Village Apartment campus that need periodic refreshing and maintenance; we've also adopted Heifetz Park on the South side, green space where families become familiar with each other and enjoy being outside. We also link families with STEAM outreach programs like the annual UW Science Expeditions that strives to serve kids we know can benefit. Your support will assist us with things like stipends for staff and youth leaders' time to make connections, build relationships and support co-sponsored events. Your support will also assist us with things like growing our online presence and connections with other entrepreneurs.
