Seeking Accounting, Grants, & Logistics Coordinator

The Center for Community Stewardship (C4CS) is seeking a 32 hr/week Accounting, Grants, & Logistics Coordinator. C4CS is a small, entrepreneurial nonprofit that provides fiscal sponsorship to over 40 organization, as well as facilitation support and training.

The right person is skilled in bookkeeping, is detail-oriented yet flexible, and can implement new technology and new systems to increase our accuracy and efficiency. The position is about half bookkeeping and half coordination of logistics tasks such as project set-up, grant reporting, insurance coordination, and fundraising software set-up. This person’s mission is to provide the accounting, technical, and logistics support that our fiscally sponsored projects need to thrive. The ideal candidate has academic coursework in accounting, is proficient in Quickbooks, and has some knowledge about nonprofits.

Hours & Compensation: 32 hrs/week with a flexible schedule. Position may potentially be increased to 40 hrs/wk in early-mid 2020. Compensation is $20-$22/hr, salaried. Benefits include health insurance, life and long-term disability, and a generous vacation and sick leave package. This position reports to the Executive Director.
